feat: Улучшил обработку поля EventRooms

Обновил DTO и логику десериализации, чтобы корректно парсить `event-rooms`, которое может быть как одним объектом, так и массивом ссылок. Это исправило проблемы при извлечении ID комнат мероприятий.
