Fixes GH-5

- cppcheck replaced with clang-tidy
- clang-tidy lint warnings fixed
- Reworked build tools from scratch to make IDE setup easier
- Added 1.5 IDE setup guides

OLEGSHA a110c9de03 Added logging, refactored versioning; STB is now included 
- Added logging
- Rewrote versioning code
- Refactored dependency management
  - STB (stb_image.h) is now included
  - All other dependencies now use find_package
- Cross-compilation from Linux to Windows is now possible
